| 内容記述 | Nutrition education occupies an important position in school education in Japan, and is often discussed in moral education classes. However, most of the content is shallow and not emphasized. In recent years, however, it has become clear, for example, that the healthy state of human beings is the result of the stability of the intestinal microbiota, and that the intestinal microbiota can develop ASD and other disorders. It is revealed that the human intestinal microbiota has a significant impact on the brain, as evidenced by the fact that a poor intestinal microbiota status increases the likelihood of developing ASD and other disorders. Therefore, it is conceivable that moral behavior is also influenced by the state of the intestinal microbiota. In this paper, we will confirm the importance of food-related moral education and examine the specific content that should be studied. | |||||
