| 内容記述 | This study investigates the situation of understanding and awareness of hospitality among junior college students, and clarifies what kind of changes have occurred in behavior and consciousness in daily life by learning hospitality through class. From the results of this questionnaire survey, it became clear that junior college students gradually deepened their understanding by learning hospitality through classes, and became aware of hospitality that intervenes closely, especially between family and friends. Then it was confirmed that they became gratitude and began to express changes such as voluntarily creating hospitality and taking action. In addition, some students have experienced not only hospitality behavior that pleases and appreciates people, but also that they can get a sense of well-being themselves, and in the part-time job workplace, the awareness of self and customers has increased. It was confirmed that this led to self-development such as reviewing the attitude and customer service attitude. These are thought to suggest that junior college students changed their consciousness and behavior regarding how to interact with others, and gradually developed a hospitality spirit through the lessons. |
