| 内容記述 | 「保育は人である」とよく言われる。乳幼児期の特性の一つが「まねる」(学ぶの語源)ことである点から,人的な環境としての保育者の一挙手一投足が子どもの行動の仕方や成長・発達の進み具合を左右し,さらには子どもの心にも作用して将来の人間性に大きく影響することは言を侯たない。それゆえ,保育者には「子どものお手本」としての行動が求められることは当然であるが,それだけでなく「人間」としてどう生きたらよいかについても日頃から考えておかなければならないのである。しかし,実際に保育者を目指している学生にはそうした意識は強くないどころか,さまざまな問題行動が存在するように思われる。そこで,学生の行動の実態と自己認識を調査し,さらに実習園からの評価と比較しながら考察した。その結果,望ましい保育者を育てるために重要ないくつかの問題点がみつかった。 It is often said that "through nursery personality of a nurse can be seen." One of the features of infants age is imitate and the word "imitate" is derived from "copy." From this point of view, everything a nurse does as human environment affects children's behavior, growth and development. Moreover, it exerts an influence as a matter of course upon their mind and future humanity to a great extent. Therefore,it is natural that a nurse should set "a good example" to their children, always thinking how to live as "a human being." However, students airning at working as nurses actually don't have a clear consciousness of what is stated above and it seems to me that their behavior gives rise to various public discussion. So investigating the facts of the students'behavior and their self-recognition, then comparing them with the valuation of their guidance teachers of nurseries or kindergartens, I viewed from many angles. In result, I have found some problems indispensable for educating desirable nurses. | |||||
