| 内容記述 | 本事例研究は,虐待を受けた体験をもつ兄の怒りの標的となった妹を対象とした,「兄にいじめられる」と抑うつ的になっていることを主訴とする子どもへの遊戯療法についての報告と考察である。遊戯療法とは,S.フロイトの精神分析を子どもに適用する方法の模索として始まったものであり,子どもの心理療法として理論と実践が積み重ねられてきているものである。本稿においては,箱庭を含めた遊びに表現されるメタファーの治療的機能の理解や,治療を促進させる転移関係の形成について中心に考察し,遊戯療法の意義と課題を明らかにしようとするものである。 This paper is a case study of how Play Therapy is used with a girl who is a victim of bullying by her older brother, who is both abusive and aggresive. This brother was also victimized by domestic violence. Play Therapy started by S. Freud as a way to apply psychoanalysis to children. Since its start a lot of theory and practice regarding therapy for children has been accumulated. This paper deals with the therapeutic function of metaphor, transference relationships and facilitated Play Therapy. It makes clear the positive and negative aspects of Play Therapy. | |||||
