| 内容記述 | In this study, we developed a practical model of Outreach-type Career Education for evening high school students, who are said to have difficulty in realizing career education leading to “Social and Vocational Independence”, and evaluated its effects as a “Role Model”. As a results, regarding “Career Awareness”, no significant changes could be confirmed for any factor (Interpersonal Relationship F (1, 18) ＝－2.03: Information Utilization F (1,18) ＝ －1.47: Future Planning F (1, 18) ＝－1.37: Decision Making F (1, 18) ＝.09). Furthermore, for “Career Resilience,” only “Continuous Coping” and “Optimistic Coping” were significantly improved (Long-term Outlook F (1,18) ＝.61: Multifaceted Life F (1,18) ＝2.00: Continuous Coping F (1,18) ＝－2.33, p＜.05: Optimistic Coping F (1,18) ＝－2.18, p＜.05: Reality Acceptance F (1,18) ＝－. 77). The results suggest that this program may be career education with vocational significance. Finally, regarding “Role Models”, the subjects of this study could be classified into the types “for the time being”. Therefore, it was suggested that the direction of improvement would be to introduce preparatory guidance and interaction scenes so that the lecture could be understood as a more familiar person. |
