Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic, it is more difficult to find out what kind of reasonable accommodation should be provided. This study examined how to support students with disabilities during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the case study of reasonable accommodation to student with developmental disorder at nursery teacher training college A. We provided reasonable accommodation to students with ADHD that was considered by the Study Support Expert Committee for Students with Disabilities, but it was initially difficult to improve his learning difficulty. There were two main reasons; confusion due to changes in teaching methods during the Covid-19 pandemic, and differences in class methods depending on the characteristics of subjects and teachers. Therefore, we held further interviews with Student C and his parent. The committee added reasonable accommodations and tried to enhance support within the college. As a result, his learning situation improved, and was able to obtain a qualification and work as a nursery teacher.   This paper describes this series of initiatives in detail and examines them and draws a conclusion; clarifying the difficulties of college life and enhancing support accordingly will guarantee the quality of life at colleges, furthermore lead to employment as a nursery teacher. On the other hand, it has also revealed that the unorganized lecture material in excessive quantities and language requiring adaptation to a predetermined environment may be obstacles to effective learning.}, pages = {49--63}, title = {コロナ禍における障がい学生支援に関する一考察}, year = {2023} }
