This paper studies feature of the items in \"Suirishiki Shidoyomikata,\" explaining the textbook. The items are <Mondan Kenkyu>, <Goho>, <Keishiki Tankyu> and <Sankobun>. This paper showes the relationship between the text and the items, the relationship among the items, and the inter relationship of all them. Those three topics, developed the technique of explanation of the items, that is, \"binary notation\" based on <1.what is essential for the understanding of the text> and <2.what is not>. Consequently, it can be said that the \"binary notation\" cleared up the process of selecting the necessary contents, explaining the text one after another from many viewpoints.
