内容記述 | Communication skills are one of the abilities needed to form and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships. Ethical consumption is a consumption behavior in which people consider solutions to social issues and support businesses that address those issues, support consumption is one of them. It is inferred communication skills influence ethical consumption attitudes and behaviors. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between support consumption experience and communication skills. This study used the questionnaire data of 1200 men and women in their 10s to 60s. The results show that who those consumed support, especially young people who used a variety of communication tools and were not afraid of communication, had higher communication skills. And the results show that younger males are more accepting of others and are more likely to prioritize the feelings of others and accept their feelings, thus supportive consumption. On the other hand, the results show that it was thought that middle-aged women would have higher skills and supportive consumption behavior because they consider ethical consumption through social activities and communication with their children. | |||||
