We interviewed four childcare workers who have studied picture books professionally and obtained qualifications. The interviews were recorded, the data were transcribed, and analyzed using the Trajectory Equifinality Approach（TEA）which is one of the qualitative research methods.\nThe results revealed that the confidence at the time of obtaining the qualification turned into a loss of confidence and conflict when they started working. It is thought that the content of what is learned in the training will be more utilized as they gain experience, but it became clear that they did not know how to apply it in the childcare field.
